You've been Framed!

aking a moment over here to stop jumping up and down with joy so that i let everyone know that beautiful new line of frames for my art are in the shop!

 

Lovely, decorative, vintage style frames that are a perfect match for my art and your beautiful home! I have been working on this for a very long time and am cooperating with a small family business here in the UK that makes them for me. These, oh so pretty, frames are perfectly tuned for my art prints and come in Grizzly Bear Black and Polar Bear White!

   

There are two sizes of frames and they each are intended for two sizes of my prints. 8x10 frames for my 5x7 prints and 11x14 frames for my 8x11 prints. That's all in inches, ladies and gents!

To complete the sets, custom made mounts are in the shop too. Here's some more pretty pictures:

The prints are not too difficult to mount on the err... mounts, but i have just the solution if you don't want to do it: i will do it for you. :)

So do enjoy everyone, i have worked really hard to bring these frames to you and make your art buying and gift giving that much easier.

A very slow Summer.... or is it?!

omething about Summer makes me want to lay about in the sun and drink cold cocktails. Familiar feeling you say? I bet. For me familiar is the wanting not the doing  though! :) I'm going ahead with the busiest Summer of my life and i'm suspiciously lacking in pina coladas and mochitos.

Incoming is a new bold series of artworks and tantalisingly close is a beautiful set of jewellery, if i may say so myself. A few more surprises too which will remain hidden by virtue of their own quality of being surprises... you know. ;)

It seems everything is happening this Summer for me. I'm a bit surprised that i'm coping with it all but i must say that, holed up in my little cave and scribbling strange things repeatedly on every conceivable surface, i am almost growing a thick beard. If the last sentence makes little sense, you can take it as an illustration of my current state of mind.

Last but not least, my days in Typepad, my current blog service provider, are numbered! My dear partner and i are making the new design of the blog, hosted on my own server and powered by Wordpress. Wordpress is a breath of fresh air and freedom compared to the clunky and restricted Typepad. Watch this space, you wouldn't want to miss the relaunch!
