nd when I say "King", I mean the PSU of my computer.
And when I say "PSU", I mean the Power Supply Unit.
Yep, that's right.... the little gnomish army that was providing all the juice that runs my PC is no longer with us! The initial diagnosis is heatstroke by lack of maintenance. Death by baking you could say! :D lol
It happened yesterday night as I was squeezing every last bit of processing power that my adored computer can produce. Everything slowed down and then strange windows started popping up! :D Then.... crash, boom, bang! Lights out! and an intense aroma of burnt cables n stuff, filled the air! After verifying that I could bake chestnuts on the computer case and that the power button was not responding, I let the poor machine sleep for the night........ but it never woke up......
So farewell my King! .... may you not have baked other parts of my computer, cause if you have taken my hard disk with you to the grave I'll be in deep, deep trouble!
I'm obviously writing from my old laptop at the moment but I hope to be back to my normal place tomorrow as new parts are coming tomorrow! Wish me luck! I'm bound to need it!
Until later then lovely people! Take care and remember to maintain the technology that supports your business and/or lifestyle! And don't forget to feed your gnomish work-slaves too! (but not too often cause they become under productive chubby cheeks !) ;)

P.S. Anyone else noticed that spring is coming?!? There was actually some proper sunshine here after god knows how long! Oh, I could just sit there and photosynthesise for hours :D
P.S. 2 If you wanna achieve the same well done crispy feeling for your PC, i would recommend baking it at 1420Farenheit for at least 68 hours! Best of luck!!!
Glad to see you posting again.
